Once the order leaves our factory, the estimated delivery time for Spain is 24/48 hours by credit card, and 4 to 7 working days for deliveries outside Spain.

For orders by bank transfer, the delivery time begins to count once the transfer has been confirmed.

Some models are manufactured exclusively due to their handmade characteristics, or due to the breakage of our stock, in both cases the manufacturing time may vary between 7 and 10 working days.

The transit days for international shipments are indicative and refer to the arrival of the shipments in the main cities of each destination country. The specified transits correspond to the minimum number of working days, estimated from the date of departure of the shipment from the platforms as MRW or that available at that time, in the case of shipments outside the peninsula, and are subject to possible customs formalities in non-EU countries. Any costs that may be generated at the customs office of destination must be paid by the recipient.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If, on receiving your order, you are not satisfied, you have FOURTEEN calendar days to return and/or exchange it.

To return a product, simply call +34 967 31 23 53 or send an e-mail to info@robertoley.com and send us the order information with which you received the product, which must be unused and in its original packaging. Once the information has been processed and depending on the location of the reception of the article, we will tell you how to proceed.

Once received and after checking the goods, the amount will be refunded to your card, if you made the purchase, or to the method of payment used in your case.

Any return of footwear, which has been handled by personnel outside our company, cannot be considered a manufacturing defect, regardless of the reason for the return, and therefore will not be paid for under any circumstances. Please check the item upon receipt and inform the delivery person of any damage to the package, if any, and contact us as soon as possible in such a case, so that we can notify the agency of the incident and help you as much as possible.

The shipping costs and the first return and/or exchange, will be paid by Roberto Ley for shipments in Spain (Except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). In case of an exchange and later a return or a new exchange, the additional costs derived from the transport of the same will be charged to the customer's account.

In case of a return and/or exchange of an item in promotional offers, if the reason for the return and/or exchange was not due to manufacturing or quality problems of the item, please note that the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.

The shipping costs, administrative costs and possible expenses that may be generated in the customs procedures in case of return or exchange for shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula, shall be borne by the buyer in any case.

CUSTOMS PROCEDURES

For international shipments, you must bear in mind that the items in the shop are sent from Spain. Any costs generated by customs procedures and corresponding taxes in the country of destination will be paid by the customer. Likewise, we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to logistics.
